Trade & Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Trade Orders

Trade pricing is available to genuine businesses, including but not limited to bakeries, butchers, delis, cafés, caterers, food retailers and wholesalers.

We reserve the right to request proof of business status before approving trade pricing or opening a trade account.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT.

Trade pricing is based on order quantity and may change without notice.

Any quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

3. Minimum Orders

Minimum order quantities may apply to trade purchases.

These will be confirmed before your order is accepted.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed when your account is opened.

New customers may be required to pay in full before dispatch.

Approved trade accounts may be offered credit terms at ItZawrap's discretion.

Late payments may result in suspension of trade pricing.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all stocked products promptly.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Please inspect your order immediately and report any shortages or damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns

If products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns must be authorised before goods are sent back.

Custom or specially ordered products may not be returned unless faulty.

7. Product Information

Our aluminium foil is manufactured for food wrapping and presentation.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended use.

Product colours and printed designs may vary slightly between production batches.

8. Samples

Free trade samples are available to genuine businesses, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse sample requests where we believe they are not for genuine commercial use.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, product designs, logos and website content remain the property of ItZawrap and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ItZawrap shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or supply of our products.

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
